downlaod a file
open DM-> Info and click on the source link

result:
the link opens in a background tab.

expected:
open in a foreground tab, just like links from extensions in EM

all we are doing is using contentAreaUtils.js's openURL, which is what we (as well as the addon's manager) should be doing.

right,

a link in EM , like visit homepage, ignores the setting
"when I open a link in a new tab switch to it immediately" (Options->Tabs)

I don't know if DM should do the same and always switch to the tab immediately or EM should listen to that pref.

This seems to have been some odd slip, and can't repro it anymore, not even in the same build.
