Mail serve mail.homesatthelake.com:UserName or Password is incorrect. Both my user name and password are correct. I can access my email from our web email service, but not from Thunderbird. I have changed my password in the web email service but it still will not recognize it. Help!! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Thunderbird. 2. When prompted to enter password this occurs. 3. Actual Results: It won't let me get into my email! Expected Results: Should have let me get into my email!

you're better off following the help links than filing a bug. Since mail's working for the rest of us you're going to need a lot more detail to show it's actually a bug in Thunderbird. I recommend the on-line chat as the most efficient mechanism (when volunteers are available), but there are also web boards and newsgroup options. http://www.mozilla.org/support/
