A few files are missing in the suite/installer/windows/packages file, which should be included there.

Add contentprefs.xpt and nsContentPrefService.js: Bug 385085 (Bug 378547)
Move nsBlocklistService.js to the right place, was added as part of Bug 271559
Move nsContentDispatchChooser.js to the right place, was added as part of Bug 385065
Add files in isp/*: Needed for the "Trust junk mail headers by:" feature in MailNews
Remove mailnewspublic.xpt: No such .xpt file exists, the original entry of mailnewspublic.xpt dates back to 1999. I could not find out when this file was removed
Add mailnews.xpt: That file contains the interfaces from mailnews/public/, which is atm only the interface under http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/mailnews/public/MailNewsTypes2.idl#47
