Details

A publisher for a locale should be able to get emailed when a user edits a page and saves it as "needs review" - this should be an option on their "edit account" page.

This doesn't work always. I didn't get any e-mails when morgamic posted some pages.
Sounds like we need a specific spin-off bug for that case; can you file, or at least comment further on what's not working?
