I was playing around looking at how easy it would be to start mailnews/import (as it is one dll on its own) being able to compile with the frozen API. I got most of mailnews/import/src done apart from problems due to nsProxiedService.h. I'd rather not try and address that at the moment. Maybe someone else could. Seeing as I've done the patch, we may as well get it into trunk, so here's what I've got.
