I found a similar bug of bug 391431. This bug can be reproduced only with ASCII characters.

1. Open the testcase.
2. Shrink the window width until the lines being wrapped.
3. Extend the window width until the lines being expanded.
4. Retry 2 and 3.
5. Retry 2.

You will see the non-wrapped lines they are narrower lines of light blue cells.

This bug can be reproduced in Google news Ja.

Is this fixed now? I think this was probably fixed by today's checkin for bug 389666
