User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a9pre) Gecko/2007100605 Minefield/3.0a9pre
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a9pre) Gecko/2007100605 Minefield/3.0a9pre

Decreasing the text size on the page as far as possible will cause the text to suddenly become larger and overlap with other text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Decrease the text size using Ctrl++ as much as possible
2. Observe the layout of the text
3.
Actual Results:
The layout of the text was blurry.

Expected Results:
Should not be possible to decrease the text size below a minimum size.

Typo : Ctrl+- is used to decrease text size, not Ctrl++
Does this still happen in 3.6.6 or later? in a freash profile?
