The patch to translate the strings.

I took the liberty of correcting the switchToNewTabs.accesskey (it used to be "ن", which was duplicate...)

This patch is tested against FF 2.0.0.7.

I changed "multiple tabs" to "بیش از یک زبانه", as using "چند" makes the sentence interrogative mostly.
