400153 - Need execution of mysql script and change of local file

This is for upgrading of the site to a new version of Tikiwiki.

1. Execute the following script on the mysql database for that site.
http://svn.mozilla.org/projects/sumo/trunk/db/mozilla_upgrade_110.sql

2. There is a line in db/local.php that reads "$dbversion_tiki='1.9';" Change it to "$dbversion_tiki='1.10';"  (This file is not in SVN for security reasons and so I cannot update it that way).

3. Make sure existing file permissions are not affected. Note that there are new files as well and these should take permissions consistent with the current ones.

Note that this is only for support-stage.mozilla.org.

If this is meant for IT to look at, you need to move it to one of the mozilla.org Server Ops components

I'm not familar with how sumo is maintained, so I'm just commenting as opposed to moving it. :-)
