When i go to http://mozilla.osuosl.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/2.0.0.8/win32/de/ (the de build is a example) i see a empty directory and no Win32 Build.

I see this with all win32 Firefox 2.0.0.8 builds.
OS: Windows XP → All
Hardware: PC → All

It looks like everything finished syncing out. All of our rsyncs were going very slowly due to the Ubuntu release that is running our two slave ftp servers at their bandwidth cap.
