I am using a United Kingdom keyboard.

transparent flash windows are a vital to proper placement of swf files, but if people cant type their email addresses, then i would rate this a critical bug

Steps to Reproduce:
1.type @ in any of the input fields
2.type " in any of the input-fields
3.
Actual Results:  
typing @ in any of the input fields in the above example in Firefox, produces a ".
typing " produces a @ 

Expected Results:  
typing @ in any of the input fields in the above example in Firefox, produces a ".
typing " produces a @ 

typing @ should produce an @
typing " should produce an "
This bug was reported on Firefox 2.x or older, which is no longer supported and will not be receiving any more updates. I strongly suggest that you update to Firefox 3.6.3 or later, update your plugins (flash, adobe, etc.), and retest in a new profile. If you still see the issue with the updated Firefox, please post here. Otherwise, please close as RESOLVED > WORKSFORME
