See testcase which comes from bug 332246.
The first value should be 100, but in current trunk builds it's 101.

This regressed between 2007-02-06 and 2007-02-07:

I guess a regression from bug 177805.

There is a mochitest in there that checks this, but is disaled for windows for this case. So as soon as this is fixed, the following mochitest should remove the windows test:

Attached is my findings from ie, chrome, Firefox Nigtly (In that order from LTR). The first value is 100 and I also tested as far back as Firefox 4 which the first value was also 100. I will close this as WFM. If this is not the proper functionality, please reopen.
