After firefox auto-updated from 2.0.0.8 to 2.0.0.9, its Tools menu doesn't show up any more.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on any other menus on the menu bar but Tools -> they all show
2. Move the mouse from other menus on the menu bar to Tools -> Tools menu doesn't show at all but the last menu doesn't disappear.

I see the Tools menu. Have you tried:

- Firefox's safe-mode to exclude extension/theme problems
- a new profile
- a reinstall in a new empty folder?
