40243 - the news code needs a spanking

fix nsNNTPProtocol and nsNntpUrl to take nsIMsgNewsFolder and 
nsINntpIncomingServer, and not nsINNTPHost and nsINNTPNewsgroup 

remove nsNNTPHost.h, nsINNTPHost.idl, nsNNTPHost.cpp, nsNNTPNewsgroup.h, 
nsINNTPNewsgroup.idl nsNNTPNewsgroup.cpp 

and move any surviving code to nsNntpIncomingServer and nsNewsFolder

I doubt I'll get the time to really clean up all the code, but this bug will 
hound me until I do.
