Regular popups, context popups and tooltips are popping up at the wrong position when zoomed

To reproduce:
- Open http://www.hevanet.com/acorbin/xul/popup.xul and zoom in
- See the "Press Normal Button", "Press Context Button", "Hover Mouse Here" and "Three-In-One" buttons.

Expected result:
The various popups should appear at the mouse pointer position (for the Normal menu and the Context menu case) or just under the mouse pointer position (for the Tooltip popup).

Actual result:
The position is off and seems to correlate with how far it is off by the amount of zoom that is set.
Fixed by bug 402548.
