402570 - Remove stray "CVS " directories from pa-IN locale

Some of the top-level directories of the pa-IN locale have a "CVS " directory committed, and the trailing space confuses CVS clients on Windows. Since they're empty, I'd like to request they are removed. Is that OK Amanpreet ?

The directories are
  "l10n/pa-IN/browser/CVS "
  "l10n/pa-IN/dom/CVS "
  "l10n/pa-IN/extensions/CVS "
  "l10n/pa-IN/netwerk/CVS "
  "l10n/pa-IN/other-licenses/CVS "
  "l10n/pa-IN/security/CVS "
  "l10n/pa-IN/toolkit/CVS "

Done.

Any existing checkouts will need to manually remove the entries from the CVS/Entries files to avoid getting warnings printed every time you cvs update.
