Details

Drupal 6's drupal_mail() function takes a $language parameter for localized emails.  In the mean time we only support English mail. :(
Additionally, t() supports a $locale parameter in drupal6, which should help localizing the fields.
Kubla is no longer useful in the new moz.org world.  -> wontfix.
