403304 - Files don´t get transfered into the Manager, after seting the storage file

Files that you download, are not displead in the Download Manager, but are still loading just not displaeyed.

Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Uninstal Firefox and deled all files
2.Install new version
3.Try, doesn´t work, did it 4 times

nothing

Note: this is a very old version (2.0.0.1 is from december last year) - try upgrading to the latest version.

The problem itself is explained on <http://kb.mozillazine.org/Unable_to_save_or_download_files>. I think it's best to delete the downloads.rdf file in your profile (which is not removed when you reinstall !), it might be corrupted. You won't loose any data if you do this.

Yeah, you won't lose any data; marking this as incomplete, until we hear back from the reporter that with Firefox 2 or 3, and a deleted downloads.rdf (in the case of Firefox 2) doesn't ameliorate the problem.
