Details

Tracking bug for Build Q4 goal. 

First, IT needs to set up LDAP accounts on linux, mac and win32 build machines. Then Build needs to migrate/reconfigure the build processes on those machines to use then new LDAP accounts instead of the current local/shared accounts.
Priority: -- → P3
Setting up LDAP on linux & mac is a Q2 goal, shared with IT.  We're not doing Win32 LDAP in Q2 because its more complicated... maybe in Q3?

Adjusted dependent bugs accordingly.
