In location bar auto-complete, ensure that emphasized text is visible

watch out for issues like bug #402667

faaborg's last suggestion was:

"I think we should always display the domain, followed by an ellipse (if
necessary), and then the matching text.  So for instance:

http://subdomain.domain.com...matchingText/folder/fol..

This means that some matching results will not be shown if the domain is really
long, but it is also important to try to mitigate phishing."

note, with the "two line" result, this is less of an issue, but still an issue.

asking for blocking to give drivers the chance to comment on if they feel it really blocks fx3 or not.
