Using may24 m16 commercial build

When you launch the filter rules dialog from the main message filters dialog,
there is no initial focus/cursor in the Filter Name field.  Such focus and
blinking cursor/caret should appear in the field without having to click to set
focus.

Please implement initial focus/cursor in the filter name field when launching
the filter rules dialog via New or Edit button from the main filters dialog.

I really hate comments like that last one, especially with a smiley... use
sparingly or I'll never respond.

Looks OK with june 18-20 commercial trunk builds: linux rh6.2, win98, mac OS 9.0
with classic and modern skins.
