On leopard osx, with spaces enabled, firefox displays the following problem.
If firefox is selected from a different space that it is located in, through the command-tab method, the firefox menu bar has focus instead of the top window. For developers that need to refresh their page a lot this is a major nuisance ...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open firefox, in a certain space on mac osx leopard
2. switch to a different space
3. try to return to firefox using command-tab
Actual Results:
the menu bar has focus instead of the top firefox window.

Expected Results:
the top firefox window should be selected, just as any other application.

this happened with the default them, with the skypilot classic theme, with the firefox 0.9 release and also with the rc1 firefox 0.10.
Please fix, you know how bad it is to be obligated to do another action just to be abl to refresh the changes you made to the code you are working on.

If you google for it you will find some blogs of people complaining over this.
Marking as resolved on latest Firefox. We only really care about the current versions.
