The nsIDictionary interface is not used after the patch for bug 344640: http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsview2.cgi?diff_mode=context&whitespace_mode=show&root=/cvsroot&subdir=/mozilla/browser/components/sessionstore&command=DIFF_FRAMESET&file=nsISessionStore.idl&rev2=1.7&rev1=1.6 The forward declaration should be removed from the idl.
