Details

We need an article explaining how to move their Firefox info from Windows to Mac.
It would be nice to have a profile migration article rather than having this covered across several.
http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Backing+up+your+information covers profile migration; but I've seen some cases with Thunderbird, where file names were different on Mac. I don't know if that's the case on Firefox.
According to https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/how-the-knowledge-base-works, article requests are no longer tracked in Bugzilla.
