Potentially moz_inputhistory could get big and might affect performance.

What would be a good number of entries to track?

I've been using the adaptive bar for almost a month and I have barely 80 entries.. and quite a few of those I wouldn't really care if they were removed. (But my browsing habits are probably different from others :p)

How about 200? ;) Do we need a pref for this?

IMO, it's always nice to have a pref for settings which may have a performance impact.
Aren't we pretty aggressive about reducing and expiring these? I'm not sure we need a hard cap, so is this still valid?
Yeah we decay things and remove entries that have decayed past usefulness, so we won't need this.
