Details

If you press and hold your mouse button down on a link and want to cancel going 
to the link, it's no longer possible. If you drag the link and let go the link 
will load.

Expected:
When dragging an link to an "empty" place in Mozilla, the loading of the link 
hould be cancelled.

this works for me in 52608 winme...you have to drag the links out of the 
content area and onto, say, the toolbar - then release when the native 
OS "can't-drop" cursor appears.  There's already a bug saying that you 
shouldn't be allowed to drop links into the content area of the window where 
you began the drag.
