The web page opens, but the error message is always behind it. It only happens when a new web page has to be opened, and not when a new tab is created in an existing window. Not a security issue. Could be a problem with the default browser settings. You could try setting IE as your default and then switch it back to Firefox. Toggling the preferences like that sometimes fixes problems.
