Because of the missing redirect into the intl store for Users outside the US (Bug 395893), users can not sign up for orders/accounts because the country is not listed.

From Hendrix Feedback:

I have just tried to create an account at the online store, so i can
order some stuff.
Sadly in the address field, there is no option for England. U.K. or
Great Britain
Does Mozilla not distribute to here ???

Suggest putting a landing page back up for users to select the correct store from store.mozilla.org until we get geo-ip working.
