User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9b2pre) Gecko/2007121105 Minefield/3.0b2pre
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.9b2pre) Gecko/2007121105 Minefield/3.0b2pre

When you hover over the menubar (File, Edit, etc.) these labels have the appearance of a button.

In firefox, if you right click on this menubar a "navigation toolbar | bookmarks toolbar | customize" popup menu appears. The label you right clicked on gets stuck in that hover state.

Also, the label continues to gets stuck in the hover state when you dismiss the popup menu (e.g. by pushing escape or clicking on something else).

Reproducible: Always
I can see it Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.3a1pre) Gecko/20090904 Minefield/3.7a1pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729) ID:20090904044723

Confirming for now even I'm sure there is another existing bug about.
