When using this website chat program when you submit a message it doesn't update the message list until the agent responds, which by then you have submitted the text several times.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Initiate a chat using this program and type!
Actual Results:  
The text box doesn't update with the message you have typed until an agent next responds

Expected Results:  
The text box updates with what you have just typed

No reply, INCOMPLETE. Please retest with Firefox 3.6.8 or later and a new profile (http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Managing+profiles). If you continue to see this issue with the newest firefox and a new profile, then please comment on this bug.
