please add the required credentials for chris@mozilla.com to access hg.mozilla.org.  alternately, it could be tied to my CVS account which is cbeard@mozilla.org but that has a stale public key.

it looks like i can authenticate on the server now, but it immediately kicks me out and thus i'm unable to hg clone.
