When Print Previewing web page that contains many underlines decorated by
 {text-decoration: underline},
width of underline is not consistent.
It seems to depends on Y position.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to web page that contains many underlined text
(Example: "Bugs Filed Today" of here, Or some bug description pages.)
2.Set Printing Scale 100%.
3.Print Preview
4.Check Width and Position
Actual Results:
Width and Position (margin between underline and baseline of text) is not consistent.

Expected Results:
It should be consistent

Width and Position (margin between underline and baseline of text) seems to depends on Y position of undelined text's baseline.

I'll take this.

I think that the patch conflicts to the one of bug 392785. We need to wait it.

text-decoration:line-through seems to have same problem.
Should I file it as another bug ?

No, they are drawn in same function.
I'm resetting bugs which are assigned to me but I'm not working on them and I don't have plan for fixing them in near future.
