410385 - Downloads aren't accessible to VoiceOver

At least on 10.5 I have to enable (in the VoiceOver Utility's Navigation section) "VoiceOver cursor follows mouse cursor" to get lots of non-button, non-window-title chrome spoken, but even with that, download items aren't able to be read.  

Instead, when hovering over them (or selecting one, or whatever), I just get "scrolled area."  This probably involves teaching that wacky view about accessibility, or rewriting that window to use a saner system as smorgan and kreeger keep talking about in all the other bugs about it ;)

This bug has been buried in the graveyard and has not been updated in over 5 years. It is probably safe to assume that it will never be fixed, so resolving as WONTFIX.
