I did the initial landing of Marathi as attached in bug 443800, now let's get ready for branching.

Much of this will be tracked by blocking bugs, but for the QA side of things, I'd like to learn on which platforms you can test. In particular for dialog sizes and layout issues, we'll need testing on Windows, Mac, and Linux. If there's a platform you can't cover, we should reach out to the community at large and see if we can get some help.
