I'm seeing the "Saving Sensitive Information" dialog box (aka the "blue box") after I click the taskbar button for the Mail app. Before the Mail window opens, the "Saving Sensitive Info" dialog appears and I must click OK to continue opening the Mail window. This is not tied to any request for a mail server password. My mail server password is already in the Password Manager database, because I had it set that way in a previous version and I converted my existing profile. Evidently the blue box dialog appears because I've got a previously-saved password, and I haven't yet had the pleasure of seeing the blue box. But without the prompt to "save a password," the blue box dialog doesn't make much sense. Apologies if this has already been reported -- I've done some queries but I don't see a bug assigned for this yet.

Since you already saved your password in a previous version, when you go to the mail server, that password is being fetched from the encrypted or obscurred store as the case may be. So you are indeed accessing the mail password. Furthermore, that previous version never displayed the blue-box dialog (obviously because it didn't yet exist in that version) and so your profile indicates that you never saw the dialog. Therefore this an appropriate time for the one-time-only blue-box dialog to occur. Closing out as invalid.
