Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9b2) Gecko/2007121120 Firefox/3.0b2

When printing, the content of a table's TFOOT overlaps the THEAD when all of the following conditions are met:

* Table has a border
* Table's border-collapse CSS property is set to "collapse"
* The first row of table data is partially off the bottom of the page

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Print (or select "Print Preview") on a page that contains a table with the above properties at the above location on the page.
Actual Results:
The content of the TFOOT appears at the top of the table, inside the THEAD, overlapping the THEAD content

Expected Results:
I'd expect that the table should have begun on the next page, since the THEAD and TFOOT would not have both fit on the page while showing at least one line box of the table data.
