Mac only. per request from development, this bug is the Mac spinoff of 38603
(because it's a different packaging issue).
Currently blocked from testing on Mac due to installer prob (41002)
1. Install Commercial build or Mozilla.
2. Launch app.
3. Enter a URL and press Enter.
Result: Browser closes.
4. Try relaunching.
Result: It doesn't relaunch.

This shouldn't depend on 41002 -- that's for registering chrome and the basic
browser-only install works even with unregistered chrome.

Adding in CC list from 38603 since I'm not sure who was interested in the Mac.
I'm taking the liberty of marking dogfood+ since 38603 was and this is
essentially that.

Reassigning to sfraser since he was looking into this.

Sorry, I'm going to have to bail on this one due to editor committments. I worked
with Samir for a couple of hours this afternoon fixing some installer bugs, but
don't have any bits I can test today.

What needs to be done is to run the Netscape installer, and unstuff the stuffit
archive of the same build, and just compare the resulting folders. Deficiencies
in the installer can then be fixed in the packages file. I don't need to do this;
Grace is familiar with the comparison process (using MPW's 'equal' command).

Fix in hand. Reassigning to myself. David Epstein perfomed the diff and we
figured that the urlbarhistory component was missing. Adding the .xpt and .shlb
file.

Folks, let's try and remember to keep the packages manifests updated. :o)
