Who can help me to checkin DOM Inspector zh-CN resource files?

Please find attached zipped zh-CN language source files and extract it,
just overwrite what's in mozilla\extensions\inspector\resources\locale\zh-CN

You have to make patch, get both review (from QA Contact person) and approval1.9. After that appropriate person will check this in.

I'm not really the best person to review this, but I don't think that doing custom .cvsignore files is right.

This misses a change to the locales Makefile.in, too, enabling zh-CN again.

Generally speaking these patches actually stay in their locale component and I just get cc'd to the bugs.

This isn't WONTFIX. INCOMPLETE probably isn't correct either, but moreso than WONTFIX, I think.
