The search in the URL field should return http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/layout/xul/base/src/nsPopupBoxObject.cpp#40 at the very least, but it returns no results. http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/search?string=popupState returns some results, but not http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/layout/xul/base/public/nsIPopupBoxObject.idl#167 . Sounds like it needs re-indexing or something? Perhaps it was interrupted somehow?

What about MXR? Is it showing the same results, or is it doing something different?

This particular source tree has the indexer re-run on a cron job once an hour. If the problem doesn't repair itself within an hour it's going to be an application issue and the app developers will need to deal with it.
