Details
Searching for "FoxyTunes" with a category filter of "Language Tools" yields FoxyTunes, but it really shouldn't. wenzel writes, "we have to change the algorithm anyway, so it returns experimental add-ons along with public ones."

We also need to make sure the dropdown list stays at the same category you selected, much like the search term is kept in the search box already.

Verified FIXED using https://remora-reskin.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/search?q=foxytunes&cat=4; also verified that categories as search-result filters are retained between sessions.
