Details

The feedhandlers currently have 16x16 icons only (converted from their sites' site icons) in the .icns.  This is fine (for now), since the Camino UI only displays a 16x16 icon in the pop-up menu.  However, if a user ever discovers the apps, or if Apple ever enables resolution independence, the feedhandlers will need to have larger icon sizes, too.

We could always push this in a minor update if it became important; it's not a big deal for 1.6.
