While we are now HTML 4.01 compliant thanks to bug 415321--which is the reskin staging instance only--production suffers from a few (minor) HTML validation errors:

Will do this later next week.  At some point we will do an audit.  Also, we are likely going to land on 4.01 scrict.
Severity: normal → minor
We'll fix in 3.2, so we don't need to do this for 3.0 at this point.
