Need "No preview image available" placeholder graphic.

Currently, on both production and Remora's staging instance, if you have an add-on without a preview image, you just see an empty area where I'd expect some sort of soft message about its preview image being missing.

Madhava/Basil: do you concur? If so, probably both ALT and TITLE would read the same.

I didn't see this with "preview images" as a Bugzilla query; sorry if it's already been filed/discussed.
Madhava, could you please pick this one up for 3.2 please and make a placeholder graphic for us? It'd be 200x150 pixels in size as can be seen here:
http://mozilla.focalcurve.com/categorylanding.html

We don't need anything elaborate I don't think, a simple grey box with text may do just fine.

The reason I am asking is that either we put a placeholder image in place, or I need to write a bunch of special case code so that the preview "img" tag is only written for add-ons that have a preview image. This seems like a waste, considering I have to get rid of it again once we have the placeholder.

Thanks!

P.S. I also think having a placeholder will be encouraging for devs to make/upload one for their add-on because probably hardly anyone wants to have "no preview available" or so next to their add-ons.
What we're doing in the Add-ons Manager is having a 1px black bordered space with about 5px of white padding with the text "No Preview" in it -- we did it that way instead of an image for ease of localization. What do you think of that approach?
We use the image in this screenshot for add-ons without previews in Rock Your Firefox.

It'd work (good point about the localization, I didn't think about it), yet that would still need a bunch of special case code in any place where we display the preview image.

Thus, I may just go ahead and use the rock your firefox picture. Obviously, it's only 1/4 as big as we need it (100x75px). So either I center it on a white background, or we make a bigger version.

Justin, do you remember where you got it from?
Ah, nevermind. When I go on an extension detail page in RYFx, the picture is big enough!
FIXED in r10041. We may come up with a different image later, but this one actually looks pretty good with the new layout, if you ask me.

Verified FIXED; note that I spun-off bug 416095 on its tooltip text.

Yeah, that one works quite well -- great!
