No top-tier tinderboxes should be pulling from cvs-mirror, since there is lag from the sync. Looks like bl-bldxp01 is pulling from cvs-mirror, it should be pulling from cvs. (Should probably audit the other tinderboxes as well.)
(Also, maybe sort of related, why did that machine just now show up as needing an hour to turn red on the tinderbox, even though the log itself shows start/end times being about a minute apart? I guess the mail was delayed?)

All of the tinderboxes that build do (cvs-mirror is even blocked from the .build network to make sure), but these machines are in the office and only check out configs via cvs-mirror.

Still, now that we have a read-only CVS/SSH key, it wouldn't hurt to put this there. We generally only need to update config on version bumps, so the delay hasn't really been an issue.

It sets it's start time to be the same as the tinderbox that produced the build it's testing (just as Talos does).
As we are mothballing this machine (see bug#413695), should we WONTFIX this? Seems that Talos is already doing the right thing here.
As rhelmer notes, these are just the configs being pulled from cvs-mirror.
