All the borders in this testcase are specified as 2px, but the bottom and right edges of the border-collapse table look like they're 3px wide.
I see this on mac, but not on Windows or Linux.
I see the problem with the testcase at some zoom levels on Windows.

Ah, I also see it when zoomed in 1 level on Linux.
