Details
IF you go to an addon, such as ChatZilla (see URL), then click "detailed review" (and log in, grrr), you get a page titled "Reviews for Adblock Plus" and an in-page title of "Add a review for Adblock Plus" (dunno why they aren't the same either).

Verified FIXED; we had a webhead that was acting up, and returning various iterations of this page (on reload), but I'm seeing the most up-to-date changes now, which include a fix for this bug. https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/16 links to https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/reviews/add/16 in its "Detailed Review" link.
