firefox 2.00.12:
1) no help in command bar to view 'about';
2) empty "bookmark folder-bar" - no drag and drop from URL;
3) keeps "transferring data" forever;
4) new "empty" profile: same bugs;
5) will not open a new window, only new tabs;

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. uninstalled, reinstalled Firefox Setup 2.0.0.12.exe several times; to no avail
2. reinstalled java jdk-6u4-windows-i586-p.exe ; to no avail
3. started firefox-safe-mode; to no avail;
4. started firefox with the -R option to setup new profile: same bugs
5. cannot start a new window from file/new/window, nor by clicking firefox.exe

I've got a screenshot showing the awkward window, and the empty booksmark folderbar and the "bookmars folder" window containing bookmarks actually.
Summary: firefox 2.00.12 no new window possible; no help in command bar; empty bookmark folder; keeps transferring data forever; → firefox 2.00.12 no new window possible; no help in command bar; empty bookmark folder-bar; keeps transferring data forever;
