User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.12) Gecko/20080207 Ubuntu/7.10 (gutsy) Firefox/2.0.0.12 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8.1.12) Gecko/20080207 Ubuntu/7.10 (gutsy) Firefox/2.0.0.12 When using the npr flash player (play any program from npr.org) and I open another window the browser stalls. It must be killed and restarted. For example. I start to play "All Things Considered" then go to Lenovo to look into buying a new laptop (we'll see). I am curious about what WSXGAS+ TFT means so I click on the more info link. It tries to open a new window with information and browser crashes. This also happens when I try to open a pdf document from journals I look at at work. I know - maybe I shouldn't be using the bandwidth at work... Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Read above 2. 3. Actual Results: The browser crashes. Expected Results: It should just open a new window, or the pdf document. I am running Ubuntu 7.10 on a ThinkPad T42. Nothing special/weird has been done to the configuration.

Josh, are you still hitting these problems? What versions of Firefox and Flash are you using now?
