Steps to Reproduce:
1. Update an add-on, completing all steps.
Actual Results:  
Final page (Step 5) outputs this text:

Your add-on submission has been completed successfully. [...]  devcp_addon_submission_sandbox_readmore

Expected Results:  
Expected to see the text that those identifiers represent.
This was a temporary problem that was fixed awhile back.
