Since profile guide optimisation (PGO) was enabled, fx-win32-tbox takes a lot longer to cycle. Eg nightlies are 2hr 30mins, hourlies at least 1hr 30min. We need to bump the timeout up from four hours to avoid:
  surf:tree - Firefox is CRITICAL: CRITICAL: missing fx-win32-tbox - Depend

The current grace period is 4 Hours.  Want me to bump it up somemore?
I think we'll have to, and live with the delay when it does go wrong. How about 5hrs 15 min (2x slowest build, plus 15 mins of leeway).

We need to bump this again as the win32 builds are a bit slower due to the netapp issues. Today's nightly was 3hrs 40mins so a 7hrs grace would be fine - just on "surf:tree - Firefox".
